Yes, this is our nursery’s namesake! We chose the name Satinflower to highlight our special location on southern Vancouver Island. In coastal BC, Satinflower has a very restricted geographic range, found mainly in the Victoria area. These delicate plants bloom early in the spring, sometimes by late February, ushering in a new season. Satinflower thrives in dry, rocky habitats, in full sun. Satinflower reminds us of the richness and uniqueness of our region. Note: Seed will not be availablethis year
