Ponytail Palm

A slow growing house plant that is a semi succulent that is related to the Yucca. It can take 20 years to reach six feet. If it is in a sunny spot it will grow quicker than being in he shade. Overwatering can cause the tips of the leaves to turn brown.

– Low light, Bright light to full sun

– Allow soil to dry out between waterings. Avoid watering the trunk, it might rot.

– Best in well drained cactus potting soil

– Drought tolerant

– Native to Mexico
